It is a single-sided tape with BOPP and other films as the base material, coated with a special pressure-sensitive adhesive. Its core design goal is to meet the core requirements of packaging materials for the production of resin lenses with different refractive indices: strong adhesion, good temperature resistance, and no fogging, residual adhesive, or self-release phenomena during the packaging and peeling process. As one of the earliest domestic manufacturers to develop such products, Zhanji Technology has launched products covering five refractive index series.
The JT8860/JT8865 series is specially optimized for 1.60 refractive index lenses, adapting to the monomer characteristics of functional lenses such as photochromic and blue light blocking lenses.

Store at room temperature, away from light. The temperature should be 15-28℃, and the humidity should be 40%-70%.
The selection of adhesive tapes should be matched to actual production parameters, including lens refractive index, applied monomers, curing process and oven temperature.
