Custom adhesive tapes, R&D and production
Founded in 2007, Nanjing Zhanyi Technology Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as Jantape) specializes in the R&D, production and sales of various adhesive tapes.Currently, we operate three well-established production bases in Qixia District and Lishui District of Nanjing, as well as Mingguang City, Chuzhou of Anhui Province. Our self-built factory covers 50,000㎡, including a 10,000㎡ clean room, and is equipped with 7 automatic coating production lines, 4 experimental coating lines, plus advanced supporting equipment such as rewinding machines, slitting machines and testing instruments. The company holds certifications for ISO9001 Quality Management System, IATF16949 and ISO14001 Environmental Management System. We have also established 2 in-house R&D centers, with all core R&D team members possessing over 10 years of industry experience.
Our main products include insulating and fixing tapes for lithium batteries and nickel-metal hydride batteries, masking tapes for electroplating, baking paint and powder coating, splicing tapes for paper and leather, as well as tapes for resin lens production, LED and electronic product encapsulation. Our core strength is customized development tailored to customers' requirements: we can customize three major adhesive systems—rubber, silicone and acrylic—to meet diverse client needs.

Milestones
May 2008
Nanjing Jiantaipu Adhesive Products Co., Ltd. was established, marking our official entry into the adhesive tape manufacturing industry.
Sep 2009
Successful R&D and launch of 1.56 resin lens adhesive tape.
Dec 2009
Successful R&D and launch of 1.60 resin lens adhesive tape;
The company entered a period of rapid development.
Sep 2012
The factory relocated to Nanjing Lishui Economic Development Zone, with two new coating lines added.
July 2015
The factory acquired 12,000㎡ land plot in Lishui Economic Development Zone.
June 2017
The 12,000㎡ main workshop was completed and inspected; two additional coating lines were put into operation, and the company stepped into a new development stage.
Jan 2022
Anhui Zhanyi launched its investment and construction project, covering a total land area of 45,000 square meters with a total investment of 120 million yuan.
April 2023
The Anhui Zhanyi production base was officially put into operation in April 2023.
Today
We have achieved steady annual growth of 10% to 13%. More and more customers place their trust in Nanjing Zhanyi, recognize our value and choose us as their partner.
