Blue Alloy Film Tape for Optical Lens Lab Edging
Our blue alloy film tape (surface saver tape) is specially developed for RX optical lens lab grinding, edging and blocking with low-temperature alloy. It firmly bonds with both lens coated surfaces and alloy blocks during machining, preventing lens slipping, shifting and scratching. The bright blue backing delivers high visibility for easy identification and quick peeling after de-blocking. It works stably under the heat of alloy casting, and leaves no adhesive residue or ghost marks on AR, HMC, hydrophobic and super-hydrophobic lens coatings.
