Water-Soluble Tape PA15WS1
PA15WS1 is a light-blue water-soluble tape which delivers reliable bonding and outstanding water-dispersible performance. Built with a tissue backing and waterborne acrylic adhesive system, it offers stable single-sided adhesion.
DS10WS3 ,consisting of a tissue carrier, single-sided waterborne acrylic adhesive and release liner, the tape has a total thickness of 0.090–0.110 mm. Its low-profile design enables conformable bonding for paper processing and other compatible applications.
It disperses rapidly in normal water without clumping. It features a minimum peel adhesion of 7 N/25 mm. When applied to A4 paper, it achieves paper tear failure, confirming strong bonding strength on paper substrates.
Typical applications: web splicing for high-speed printing lines, flexographic press splicing, tissue mill production, label stock processing and general paper converting.
