AC22F6-BL constructed with a flexible 0.17mm acetate cloth backing and coated with a premium pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive, this tape achieves a total thickness of 0.210mm. It exhibits dependable physical properties, including an adhesion strength of ≥9 N/25mm and a tensile strength of ≥40 N/25mm. Engineered for safety and compliance in electronic components, AC22F meets the rigorous UL510 flame retardant standards and provides a dielectric withstand voltage of ≥1.5 KV, making it the ideal choice for wrapping coils, transformers, motors, and wire harnesses.

To achieve optimal adhesion, please ensure the application surface is free of oil, moisture, and dust, and apply adequate pressure using rollers or press equipment. Please allow sufficient time for the pressure-sensitive adhesive to build up its maximum bond, smoothing the tape by hand during application to prevent peeling.
